You retain all rights and ownership of your User Content. By using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, display, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of providing, improving, and promoting the Services.

Costs and Payment

a) Costs and Billing: You will pay all Costs incurred on your account as specified on the applicable pricing page or as mutually agreed upon in any other written form between us (“Costs”). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. You will provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid and authorized payment method. Costs will be invoiced to you periodically as agreed, and we may make reasonable changes to billing dates. You authorize AI BUZZ BYTE and its affiliates, as well as our third-party payment processors, to charge Costs through your payment method. If payment processing fails, we will provide written notice, and your access to the Services may be temporarily suspended until payment is received. Costs are payable in U.S. dollars, and unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable. In case of overdue payments, we may suspend your use of the Services after providing written notice of delayed payment.

b) Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices by providing notice through your account and/or our website. Any pricing changes will take effect immediately after the modification date of your account charges.

We do not claim ownership or control over your User Content. We do not monitor, review, or endorse your User Content. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your User Content or your use of the Services.
